Unseen Cycles talks about destigmatizing the idea of a waste water treatment plant. It addresses the need for interaction between the inhabitants of a context and a system that cleanses contaminated water into potable water. The project started by identifying a urban scale issue in a local eco system and addressing it with site specific solutions, both programmatically and through design. The title ‘Unseen Cycles’ hints at the part of the water cycle that one is often unaware of because of its lack of visibility and accessibility.
